Making people uncomfortable is a great thing to rejoice in, Steve. Couldn't agree with you more on organizational structures rewarding conformists. Thank you for sharing this story and congratulations to Kelly. My guess is she will find proper non-conformity whether the schools like it or not :) Particularly with that love of Shakespeare AND the M's. Keep up your good work!
