First, I remember you talking about Kelly when she was 2 years old at an IAEM Expo Expo in Las Vegas. Time flies.
Secondly, this is a great post! At CES we are encouraged to make ALL of our goals SMART---Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time oriented (when they should be accomplished by)
