Well said Steve! All these 'spend, spend, spend' emails are more annoying than ever.
They show that many marketing department are too lazy to adapt to the fairly MAJOR changes that have happened in the last few months. Or haven't they noticed?

Good morning Steve...you made a fantastic point that I've been trying to convey for the past years...but restaurants still don't get it.
Did you use Visual Communicator to record your video that gives you the camera effects?

I've had several people ask how I create these videos. I use Screenflow, which is a Mac-based program.
BTW, restaurants aren't the only ones who don't get it. Hotels don't get it. Airlines don't get it. Retail stores don't get it. The list goes on...
