Good stuff. Can you share what program you used that combine the video with the slides and how you put the "festive ornaments" in?

Joel,
Visuals were a simple Powerpoint program with the animations and transitions built in. To have my webcam video overlay the Powerpoint I used a program call CamTwist. Kind of sneaky, but works.
I'm not happy with the quality of the video as it was broadcast from Stealth Seminar, so I'm going to try yet another platform for my next webinar!
